SHIPPING POLICY
Self inking rubber stamps are usually shipped 1-3 business days.
Pre-inked rubber stamps are usually shipped 2-5 business days.
Stock stamps and accessories are usually shipped 2-5 business days.
Daters are usually shipped 2-5 business days.
Signs and Seals are usually shipped 3-5 business days.
Large orders may take few extra days.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return your order to us, Within 10 days of receipt of your order, and receive a refund in the amount paid for the merchandise. We cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes a customer makes when entering an order.
Order must be returned in their original condition, rubber stamps must be returned with no markings or other damage.
The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase and the return-shipping fee (what you pay to send us back the order) will not be refunded.
Returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee.
Your refund will be given using the same method as original payment. (If credit card has been used, you must include your card number as well as the expiration date.)
Before returning your merchandise, please notify one of our customer service representatives. It is required to include a copy of your invoice stating the reason for your return to our address.
